非常穩定的蒸汽流
Bronkhorst® W-202A CEM 適用于精確的蒸汽流輸送，工作壓力在真空到100 bar之間，可混合最大流量 120 g/h H2O (320 g/h IPA) 和最大流量 10 ln/min載氣。溫控混合裝置與（熱式或科氏）液體流量計和載氣MFC組合使用，共同構成控制蒸發和混合（CEM）系統。
